On 13 October 2025, the ReRootED partners met online for the very first time to officially launch the project. The call brought together teams from Spain, Germany, Italy and Ukraine, all with one shared goal: to build a project that genuinely strengthens the confidence, wellbeing, and social entrepreneurship pathways of migrant women.
The meeting opened with introductions and an immediate sense of connection. Everyone shared their backgrounds, what they bring to the partnership, and their excitement to begin shaping something meaningful.
What we focused on
Building the Training Framework
KlemKa CoLab introduced the first tasks ahead for developing the Framework for Impactful Training. Planning for the in-person meeting in Albacete has started, and partners will soon receive guidelines on how they will contribute to the framework.
Setting up smooth project management
Llanero Solidario and KlemKa walked the group through the essentials:
- Grant agreement signed and submitted
- Monthly progress meetings set
- Communication gudelines
- Initial workplans
A strong start with a motivated team
The kick-off showed a partnership ready to collaborate openly, organise well, and bring care and quality to every part of the project. With the first steps now in motion, ReRootED is officially underway, and we are excited for what comes next.
