ReRootED will provide open, accessible resources that support migrant women, educators, coaches, and organisations working in social inclusion, wellbeing, and social entrepreneurship. All resources will be available in multiple languages and free to use.
Project Outputs & Resources
ReRootED develops practical, open-access tools that educators, organisations, and communities across Europe can reuse. Outputs are released progressively throughout the project.
Framework for Creating Impactful Training
This framework will outline the emotional-intelligence-based approach guiding all ReRootED activities. It will present principles for trauma-aware facilitation, storytelling-based methods, learner-centred training design, and strategies that reinforce belonging and confidence.
Available in 2026.
Training Curriculum (TC)
The curriculum will offer step-by-step learning modules for migrant women interested in exploring their strengths, expressing their stories, and understanding pathways toward social entrepreneurship. It will be practical, culturally sensitive, and adaptable by educators.
Status: Released after pilot activities.
Versions: PDF, translated versions, and a simplified online learning format.
ReRootED Game
A reflective, story-based tool designed to support migrant women and educators in exploring emotions, identity, challenges, and aspirations in a safe, structured way.
Status: Coming soon.
Format: Accessible digital version.
Infographics
Visual summaries presenting the social entrepreneurship landscape for migrant women in each partner country. These will help organisations and policymakers understand barriers, opportunities, and lived experiences.
Status: Released mid-project.
Podcasts
A collection of ten recorded stories of migrant women, sharing journeys of resilience, belonging, and transformation.
Episodes will be accompanied by transcripts and short learning reflections.
